Let us introduce ourselves

What is the Sunshine Cove Residents’ Association?

The association was Incorporated on 28th April 2017, with a formal constitution, to lobby on behalf of residents. The Sunshine Cove Residents’ Association Committee members make representations on your behalf.
To achieve this, we need to show that we have a strong membership base and we invite you to join. The more members we have, the more say we will have in how beautiful our area remains. We keep residents informed with our quarterly newsletters.

How it all came to be…

The 106 hectare (262 acre) site has been master planned to the nth degree to make this the singularly most liveable community on the East Coast of Australia.

Featuring over 35 hectares (86.5 acres) of picturesque lakes and pristine parklands, residential, commercial, retail, showroom, office precincts – Sunshine Cove singlehandedly raises the bar on coastal urban living. On a residential level, it offers architecturally inspiring lifestyle options, from cool urban residential terrace homes to the more traditional expansive homesites. In time, some 6,000 people (more than the total population of some large regional cities) will live and work within the Sunshine Cove community, which will also become home to numerous local and national businesses and community facilities.

So go ahead and accept our challenge, search property Sunshine Coast and you too will find there’s nothing quite like Sunshine Cove.
